You said yes to 100 days of making. Now what?
This Companion is here to walk alongside you - through the energizing days, the messy ones, and the moments when you’re not sure why you started.
It won’t manage you or measure you. It’s just here to help you notice, pause, and keep going.

The 100 Day Project is a free, global art project. Every year, thousands of people all around the world commit to 100 days of exploring their creativity. Anyone can join. The idea is simple: choose a project, do it every day for 100 days, and share your process on Instagram with the hashtag #DoThe100DayProject.
*I’m not affiliated with The 100 Day Project. I just love doing it and want to encourage others to as well. 😉
•You want encouragement without pressure
•You enjoy reflection, journaling, or noticing patterns
•You sometimes wonder if you’re “doing enough”
•You value process over perfection
•You want a creative practice that can shift and evolve
•You’d like a place to land when motivation dips or life gets busy
If you’re looking for strict accountability, daily assignments, or a rigid structure to follow, this may not be the right fit—and that’s okay.
If you’ve used previous versions of my 100 Day Project workbooks, you’ll notice a shift here.
This Companion is less about tracking and more about noticing.
Less about momentum and more about meaning.
Less about finishing strong and more about staying kind to yourself along the way.
It reflects how I approach the project now—and how many of us want to create: with flexibility, curiosity, and care.
The 100 Day Project Companion isn’t a step-by-step system or a set of daily tasks.
It offers a place to reflect, notice patterns, and stay connected to your creative process as it unfolds.
You don’t need to fill every page or use it “correctly”—it’s here to meet you where you are.
The 100 Day Project Companion isn’t a step-by-step system or a set of daily tasks.
It offers a place to reflect, notice patterns, and stay connected to your creative process as it unfolds.
You don’t need to fill every page or use it “correctly”—it’s here to meet you where you are.
Designed to support your 100 Day Project without directing it, the Companion offers space to check in—on your terms.
Use it when it’s helpful. Set it aside when it’s not.
However your project unfolds, it’s here for the experience you’re having.

Gentle prompts to help you set intentions, choose a focus, and begin without pressure.
(So you can start without second-guessing yourself)

Space to explore themes, materials, curiosities, and what’s drawing you in.
(Before you commit to something that feels too big or too rigid)

Weekly check-ins and reflections designed to help you notice what’s happening—without managing or controlling it.
(So you can stay connected without feeling tracked)

End-of-project pages to capture lessons, turning points, surprises, and insights you want to carry forward.
(Whether you made it to Day 100 or stopped at Day 30)

A curated invitation to explore further—plus a small creative gift of watercolor papers for personal use.
(Because inspiration doesn’t always come from instructions)
Throughout the Companion, you’ll find gentle milestones at Days 25, 50, and 75 - thoughtful pause points that invite you to reflect, adjust softly, and acknowledge how far you’ve come.
You’ll also find reminders woven throughout that stillness counts, blank space is intentional, and you’re allowed to work small, skip days, and change your mind as many times as you need.

I'm a mixed media artist and dedicated art instructor, and the creator of The Roben’s Nest, where I facilitate connection and creative creation with my art friends.
I teach both seasoned and beginner artists to embrace the creative process without fixating on perfection, all while enjoying the journey.
I’ve been a supporter of The 100 Day Project for over nine years. It has helped me develop a creative habit, boost inspiration and expand my community of creative friends.
I created this Companion because I know how meaningful—and challenging long creative projects can be. My hope is that it feels like a quiet presence at your side, reminding you that your creative journey is your own.
